These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dr. IFRS AI service (the "Service") operated by IFRS Consulting Ltd., a company registered in Israel at Yefe Nof 1, Givatayim. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms in full.
Dr. IFRS is an AI assistant that answers questions about International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, IAS, IFRIC and SIC) using a curated knowledge base. Every answer includes citations to the source paragraph. The Service is informational and is not a substitute for qualified accounting, auditing or legal advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to break any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts or interfere with the Service's operation; (c) reverse engineer, scrape or otherwise extract the underlying knowledge base or models; (d) submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or otherwise harmful; (e) use the Service to provide a competing AI offering.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle, in the currency shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. By submitting payment details you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable fees and any taxes due. Failed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is paid.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Refund eligibility is set out in our Cancellation & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
The Service, including its software, design, knowledge base, branding and content (other than your inputs), is owned by IFRS Consulting Ltd. or its licensors. You retain ownership of the questions and content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the answers produced by the Service are accurate, complete or up to date for your specific facts and circumstances. You are solely responsible for any decision based on the Service's output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IFRS Consulting Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may close your account at any time. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
