IFRS Consulting Ltd. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the Dr. IFRS AI service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.
The data controller is IFRS Consulting Ltd., a company registered in Israel at Yefe Nof 1, Givatayim. You can reach us at sales@drifrs.com for any privacy-related question.
Account data: name, email, password hash, company, country, role (student or employee), place of work or study, and login provider (e.g. Google). Usage data: the questions you ask, the conversations you create, the filters you apply, message counts, timestamps, and feedback signals. Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, language, and similar log information needed to operate and secure the Service. Billing data: plan, billing cycle, invoice history. Payment card data is collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.
We use your personal data to: provide the Service and your account; respond to your questions and improve answer quality; meter usage against your plan and bill you; communicate service updates, security notices and (with your consent) marketing; comply with legal obligations such as tax record-keeping; prevent fraud and abuse.
We process your data on the following legal bases, depending on the context: performance of our contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service.
We share your data only with: (a) our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, analytics); (b) our payment processor for billing; (c) AI model providers strictly for processing your queries and returning answers; (d) professional advisors and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
Some of our service providers are located outside Israel. Where data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to protect it.
We keep account and conversation data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request earlier deletion subject to those obligations.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, email sales@drifrs.com.
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your data — including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as language and theme) and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may break parts of the Service.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and indicate the date of the latest revision; material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service.
