This policy explains how to cancel a Dr. IFRS subscription and when you can request a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing sales@drifrs.com from the address registered on your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly), and you keep full access until then. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
If you are a first-time paying subscriber and you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund of that initial payment — provided you have not used more than 20 messages during that period. To request a refund, email sales@drifrs.com from the account's registered email address within the 14-day window.
Outside the 14-day window described above, yearly plans are non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time; you will keep access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again at renewal.
Monthly subscriptions are billed for the full month and are non-refundable for partial months. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current monthly period.
If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault for an extended period during a paid month, you can request a pro-rated credit or refund by contacting sales@drifrs.com with the relevant details. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 7 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at sales@drifrs.com so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of the account pending review.
All cancellation and refund requests can be sent to sales@drifrs.com or by post to IFRS Consulting Ltd., Yefe Nof 1, Givatayim, Israel.
